A Middle Eastern militant wakes up in the Syrian desert, the lone survivor of a IED explosion. Badly concussed and out of supplies, he must reach an outpost soon -- but he can't remember which faction of the war he was fighting for.

Ahmad, a young militant in war-torn Syria, regains consciousness in the desert battlefield after being shell-shocked, only to find that he has no recollection of what side he was fighting for. Injured and out of supplies, he stumbles toward a known military outpost called Ithriyah, when he discovers a perfume vial in his pocket- and its fragrance begins to reconstruct buried memories of his mother Atifah and younger sister Saffiyah. Rescued from his impending death by Khalid, a mysterious soldier with a zeal for war, Ahmad joins his walk to rejoin the conflict - but the memories of his past begin to cast doubt on his convictions, and set him on a collision course against his savior.—Javier Badillo
