Josip moved a long time ago from his birthplace on border of Croatia and Bosnia and Herzegovina to Zagreb (capital of Croatia) and works there as a police officer. His brother Frane stayed in place and always chose an easier way, even if it meant to cross on the other side of the law. Frane is married to Mara and has a daughter Josipa who he adores. When Josip's and Frane's mother dies, Josip deciedes to return to his birthplace so he could take care of his father. Already complicated relations in this family will become more complicated when a police investigation about smuggling across border puts two brothers on opposite sides.—Ante Baričević
