Border Patrol officers Kansas Jones and Chito Rafferty, working out of Laredo, Texas, are attempting to break up a gang of gun-smugglers, run by a man named Fowler who owns the Music Hall Saloon. The buyer in Mexico is Bragg Orket who is buying the guns for insurrectionists below the border in Mexico.
