Atlantic City, the sister city to Las Vegas, is on the verge of a redevelopment, and Geno Cavell wants in on the gentrification process. Geno Cavell, head of the biggest criminal organization that controls all of South Jersey, wants to control his organization as well as become a pillar in the community who is viewed by the community as an upstanding citizen so that he can establish political ties in the community. In his efforts to appear clean, Geno forces a team of five young men to work for him and perform all his dirty work within the criminal organization. From murder for hire, prostitution, drugs, and money laundering, these five guys who move in secrecy will team up with Geno's organization to become a dominate force in the area. Geno who was adopted into the DeLuca family will also be confronted with threats and takeovers as his siblings who feel they should be the heir to the family business will fight for control.
The leader of the five young men who are forced to work for Geno is headed by a young man named Turk whose desire was never to work for anyone, will find it very hard to trust Geno and his organization due to the nature of how they were recruited.
