The feature documentary Return to a Burning House brings the dramatic story of the Slovak-Palestinian Jewish Parachuter and the heroine of the Slovak National Uprising Haviva Reick, a journey on her footsteps in Slovakia, Israel and England, her inner monologue and voices of contemporary women soldiers. The film is part of a bigger cross-media project with the aim to bring back to Europe the legacy of Haviva Reick. The main organizer, Museum of the Slovak National Uprising, together with the filmmakers prepared also a small comic book, screenings around Slovakia and Europe and an international conference and a conference almanac.
