95 year old Valdimir Munk, a Holocaust survivor and retired US Professor returns in 2020 to Auschwitz-Birkenau concentration camp where his parents and over 30 relatives were murdered in World War II. Following the trip he returns to the US and faces the Global Pandemic. The documentary traces back his early life in Czechoslovakia, imprisonment in two concentration camps, his career post World War 2 career as a renowned Microbiologist in Czechoslovakia and his immigration to the US following the Russian and Eastern Bloc invasion of 1968. How will he handle this trip back to Poland for the 75th Anniversary of the Liberation of Auschwitz-Birkenau?
