A stupid Halloween prank goes awry, causing an evil, murderous scarecrow to reanimate and go on a killing spree.

Return of the Scarecrow is an '80s horror comedy throwback that tells of a rural legend of an evil scarecrow that slumbers until it's evil cannot be contained, and it awakens and continually returns to unleash it's unholy terror.
