Animated series about the adventures of a parrot Kesha, "the hero of our time." All the action is concentrated in a certain abstract Russian city and its surroundings. Kesha lives in the apartment of the schoolchild Vova, but because of his hot-tempered, arrogant character, he occasionally runs off to free bread and certainly gets into trouble, eventually returning to Vovka with a guilty plea.
