This is the story of parasurama one of Dasavathaaram of Sri maya Vishnu. His mother Renuka daughter of renukasura who can make a pot out of dry sand every day to get water from the river. Once tested by Siva and failed to make the pot. By knowing this jamadagni orders his sons to kill her. Parasurama obeys him and jamadagni asks him what does he want in return. He asks his mother and brothers come back to life. Later he waged war against kartaveerya and killed 21 generations of kings to condemn the Kshatriya unruly ness.
