A girl named Rio Sakaki travels to a town in Niigata Prefecture to find her elder sister who suddenly went missing. Her only lead is what her sister left behind: Mysterious messages about evil spirits, a demon swordsman, and 13 addresses where evil spirits had allegedly committed atrocious incidents.
