The Eastern Hemisphere's crime organization, the Chinese Triad, and the Russian Mafia distribute Fentanyl into the Western Hemisphere. The Caribbean Crime Syndicate debates collaborating with the invaders. Treachery ensues among the trio.

"Redrum" is a motion picture about the rise of organized crime in the Western Hemisphere. The Eastern Hemisphere's organized crime organizations have teamed up to flood the Western Hemisphere with Fentanyl, a highly addictive and deadly drug. The Russian Mafia joins forces with the Chinese Triad, led by Sonny Xi and Jiang Chen, to distribute the drug into the West. They aim to maximize their distribution efforts by using the Trans-Atlantic shipping routes. The rising action of the film sees the main players, including Vladimir Chovesky and Yuri Milokov of the Russian Mafia, Rommel 'Rome' Stevens, Lucien Garot, and Augusta James Ward of the Caribbean Crime Syndicate, come together to negotiate a deal. However, as they continue to meet, they discover Russian surveillance assets throughout the Caribbean, causing tension and mistrust among the West Indian crime lords. The following five events build up to the climax of the film: Treachery and deceit among the three factions become increasingly apparent, making them vulnerable to attack from one another. The West Indian crime lords become divided on whether to do business with the Eastern Hemisphere invaders. The Russian Mafia and Chinese Triad will do anything to import fentanyl into the Western Hemisphere. The Caribbean Group is absolutely against the importation of Fentanyl. Especially, into the Islands Nation, knowing that if this drug was to reach the islands many people will die. The West Indian crime lords become increasingly suspicious of each other, leading to a series of dangerous power struggles. The final showdown sees all hell break loose as the three factions face off in a brutal confrontation that will determine the future of organized crime in the Western Hemisphere.
