With Batman missing, Gotham descends into chaos as Black Mask revives the Red Hood Gang. The Robins - Nightwing, Red Hood, Red Robin, and Damian Wayne - must unite to stop Black Mask's sinister scheme.

Batman has disappeared leaving Gotham City to fall into chaos. As the remaining heroes of Gotham attempt to keep the city under control, Black Mask begins to once again command the criminal underworld, this time by resurrecting the long forgotten Red Hood Gang. Too much for one hero alone, the Robins Dick Grayson (Nightwing), Jason Todd (The Red Hood), Tim Drake (Red Robin), and Damian Wayne (current Robin) are forced to join together under the direction of The Red Hood and take down Black Mask's nefarious plot.—Ian Lang
