A woman's death from an apparent drug overdose is the catalyst for a chain of events that can't be undone. When it's discovered that TC may be responsible this woman's death, he wrangles Tonio to help cover it up. TC has other plans and the situation goes from bad to worse when a weathered Hell's Kitchen detective, Dutch, (Laurence Mason) throws himself into the fray.
Pressured by crime figure, Vinny the Killer (Stephens), TC's mental state freefalls. Knowing that Cleo, has a drug problem, TC convinces her to sell drugs to feed her habit.
