Two months ago, Stanislava's husband, a police officer, left her for the daughter of the head of the local police department. And now she is a RSP - a divorcee with a trailer named Pavlik. The resilient Stasya cannot ignore any injustice; even the prefect noted her civic position and offered her a job at the local police department. This is how Stasya, a single mother with a diploma in art history, becomes a trainee police officer with a probationary period of three months. Ignoring the grins of her colleagues, Stasya enthusiastically begins to solve problems in her area: from fees in kindergarten to "bad apartments."
