A computer software designer becomes obsessed with his now-married high-school crush of 20 years before.

Jeff Lisker has made it big. Creator of a world class computer program called "Rapture", he is sitting on top of the world. When he is called back to his home town for his father's funeral, Jeff decides to attend his high school reunion as well, in the hopes of rekindling a romance with his high school sweetheart, Georgianne. She however is happily married with a teenage daughter and is only interested in his friendship. When her husband is found murdered, Jeff sees it as the opportunity he's been waiting for. He ingratiates himself, making him indispensable to Georgianne in her time of mourning. However, Georgianne's daughter suspects Jeff of being responsible for her father's murder and will risk everything in order to discover the truth.
