An investigation in case of murder is being launched in cooperation between the Austrian and Hungarian police.

Italian smuggler Bilotti is murdered in Vienna. From his passport the local police learn soon he was commute between Vienna and Budapest in the last three weeks many times. Kroner, Vienna's superintendent calls his old friend and colleague Captain Toth, who leads the Hungarian forces, and ask him to have a closer look of Bilotti's relationships in Budapest.
