A classic 'who dunnit' movie
When love comes to New York city nightclub pianist Ted Mason and lovely society girl Beth Barton, Ted writes her a song inspired by her charm. But slick Goldie Martin jealously steals the song for her dancer husband, Steve, who publishes it as his own and benefits from its success. Beth, however, is ostracized by her peers and dismissed by her music teacher for her connection with a "popular" song. How can Ted prove he's the author of the stolen song? He writes another, better song, which pleases everyone; exposes Martin's theft and wins back innocent Beth.—Larry41OnEbay
