Near a Soviet town, a mysterious object crashes. Sixth-graders Lyokha, Tolya, and Syoma seek fame, searching for a meteorite. Lyokha gets lost in the forest. The search leads a local resident to encounter something strange.

1988. In the vicinity of a small Soviet town, located in the area of a powerful radar of a missile defense system, a mysterious object falls. The most ordinary sixth-graders Lyokha, Tolya and Syoma go in search of a meteorite in anticipation of fame and glory. While wandering through the forest, Lyokha gets lost. The search for him in the forest by the police sets off a chain of events that lead to one of the local residents coming into contact with something very strange.
