Following a wild party, a married man meets with his friends in order to try and remember his indiscretions.
Mumbai-based Rahul Kapoor, his wife, Mitali, and daughter, Komal, attend a party at the residence of their friends, Jolly and Jaswinder Saxena. Also present is Rahul's friend, Amit, and his rather upset wife, Nandini. This is where Rahul will indulge in quite a few alcoholic drinks, then meet and be attracted to a gorgeous young woman whose name maybe Sophia. The next day he wakes up with a hangover, unable to re-locate what happened the night before. Fearing that he might have been more than indiscreet, he discusses this in detail with Amit and Jaswinder - and slowly realizes that they were not the only ones who were aware that he was with Sophia - amongst the others who maybe aware could be his wife. This is where Rahul will indulge in quite a few alcoholic drinks, then meet and be attracted to a gorgeous young woman whose name maybe Sophia (Neha Dhupia). The next day he wakes up with a hangover, unable to re-locate what happened the night before. Fearing that he might have been more than indiscreet, he discusses this in detail with Amit and Jaswinder - and slowly realizes that they were not the only ones who were aware that he was with Sophia - amongst the others who maybe aware could be his wife. Gagandeep (Ranvir Shorey) or gags is also invited to the party & is bragging about his exploits in Australia.
Next day Mithali leaves the house & Rahul goes to Amit to retrace his steps. Nandini kicks Amit out when she finds his porn. Amit & Rahul recollect that they were both hitting on Sophia the night before. Mithali is good friends (almost flirty) with Prasad, who has designed the cover of Jaswinder's latest book. She has to go back home with Prasad when Rahul decides to stay late at the party (to flirt with Sophia who has been mostly avoiding him)
Next day, Amit & Rahul head to Jaswinder's home & Amit reveals that Rahul did something he cant remember with Sophia.Menwhile Nandini meets Mithali & Jolly at the club & cribs about Amit. Jolly tries to console her, but Mithali gets very angry at Jolly & leaves. She is angry at Jolly as she tries to interfere in everything.Back in flashback, Rahul & Sophia get cozy after Mithali has left & go into a room upstairs. Back in present, Jaswinder reveals that Mithali came back to the party after about 2 hrs & looked for Rahul.
Now Rahul & Amit head to Prasad. Amit gets a call from Jolly who calls him to the club. Amit leaves Rahul with Prasad. Prasad cant tell him anything, so now Rahul calls Sophia & heads to her home.There Sophia forces Rahul into a wardrobe, when her boyfriend arrives & its Jaswinder. Jaswinder is angry at Sophia that she had sex with Rahul as Rahul is his friend. Then Sophia's dad arrives & even Jaswinder is forced into a wardrobe & he enters the same one as Rahul
For some reason Sophia is pissed at her dad & doesn't allow him to stay. Then both Rahul & Jaswinder come out & Sophia reveals that after drinking too much Rahul professed his love for Mithali & passed out. Nothing happened.Rahul & Jaswinder leave & go back to their lives. Amit apologizes to Nandini.Upon returning Rahul talks to Mithali & she tells Rahul that she is angry because Rahul left her alone with Prasad & she kissed him when she was alone & vulnerable.
