Children disappear mysteriously in the capital of Moldova. Police officer Vlad, assisted by his friend from the Secret Service, decides to find the missing children no matter what, but discovers a secret that could lead to a coup d'état.

Investigations into child kidnaping lead a police officer, Vlad, to the shadowy ruling elite. Tired of the corruption of his superiors, Vlad turns for help to his friend who works in the secret service, Radion, who has collected enough dirt to demolish the entire ruling elite, along with the shadow government. Still trying to find the missing children, Radion and Vlad go out to a man who helps to make public the obtained data, demolish the power and force the oligarchs to flee abroad. But medals have usually two sides.
