Director's Note: Cinema is a big influence in our lives. Movies like Taare Zameen Par and 3 idiots teach us that every individual is different and we should embrace our uniqueness. I want to use this medium to convey the message of education and how many children are deprived of basic or equal education. My heart goes out to this issue and want to help our society tackle this problem. The cast, the crew and I have put in a lot of effort, to make Pustak. I hope that we can convey this message to as many people as possible.
