A wannabe punk motorcycle gang goes too far by killing a store owner defending his daughter. Now it's up to the local sheriff's department to get rid of them once and for all.

The tranquility of a small California hamlet gets ripped asunder after diner owner Mr. Kemper gets brutally murdered by a gang of vicious punks. Kemper's eldest daughter Lisa vows to get revenge on the punks for killing her dad, but things go awry after Lisa winds up being abducted by the gang.
