Police inspector Romano is investigating the kidnapping of a journalist entangling himself into a web of secrets of a business tycoon and the police captain.

After a wild night spent in a bar the suspended and a little resigned to his faith police inspector Romano witnesses a kidnapping of a journalist whose questions didn't really suit a powerful local businessman. Regardless of his suspension from his job Romano starts a private investigation which will lead him to the darkest places where the power of the local police captain is tied with the business interest of the powerful tycoon.
