Synopsis

Two crime families are at war, crooked police plague the city, childhood friends re-connect and become lovers, and a serial killer is after them all.

A Latino drug Cartel is caught off guard as the Russian Mafia learns of their illegal operations and wants a piece of it. After the negotiating takes a turn for the worse, both families loose loved ones sparking a war that will set the tone of the film.

Pulse of the Indigo tells the story of North and Svetlana. North, a paramedic, and Svetlana, the daughter of Aleksandr, the Russian Mob Boss, meet by chance and soon realize they have met before. North gets sucked into the dangers that the mafia brings and soon finds himself seeking revenge for things beyond his control.

In the end, it will be the Indigo Killer who brings them all together and lead them to their demise.
