Jeffrey is a high-school graduate with an unclear and uncertain future. However, his life is about to take an unexpected turn, as he discovers an articulate and thought- provoking essay while at the local train station. Little does Jeffrey know that the essay will make him the most sought-after and esteemed collegiate in the country. As his overnight success escalates, he improves his relationship with his "Mom-ager" Kathy, finds a college sweetheart, and signs a lucrative book deal. Unbeknownst to Jeffrey are the problems which soon arise, including family conflicts, jealous classmates, rigors of fame and fortune, and the eventual revelations of his essay's origins. Art will imitate life, as an unlikely story will become a gripping reality.
