Nancy escapes prison and hires a clown, Screwball, to kidnap her son Jeffy, but he accidentally grabs Mario. Jeffy, Chef Pee Pee, and Bowser bring an old friend back and team up to rescue Mario and stop Nancy's evil plan.

ProTNT SML Movie follows the story of Nancy, a villainous mastermind who escapes from prison with a plan to get her money. She hires a chaotic clown named Screwball to kidnap Jeffy, but the plan goes awry when Screwball accidentally kidnaps Mario instead.
