Stella, an intern at the Innocence Project, unravels clues surrounding a convicted murderer's claim of innocence, risking everything to uncover the truth.

-Law student Stella Launière is supervised by renowned criminal lawyer Armand Coupal during her internship at the Innocence Project. The convict whose innocence she must prove, Anderson Jean-Louis, is a convicted criminal, responsible for misdeeds as serious as the murder he claims to have been unjustly accused of. Stella will have to come to terms with Coupal's dictum: "Better ten guilty men at liberty than one innocent man in prison".
