A young scientist goes against the people in power after realizing the dangers behind her work.

Mills, a young epidemiologist, works at a secure government facility in California focusing on the development of a cure for a contained virus supplied by the government. As she gets further into the development for the cure, her suspicions grow as she notices not everything is what it seems to be.
