Prince of the Crimson Void, the ninth Film from Denver auteur Dakota Ray, is a sordid and grotesque cinematic descent into the dark abyss of the film's main protagonist. Fabian (Dakota Ray) is an alcohol/drug addled serial killer who shares many dark secrets with his former accomplice Kimball (Darien Fawkes). The dark force that emanates from their burial ground-a cursed piece of land where so many of their victims reside, is the force that ties them together, and will reunite them once more. However, their reunion is not coincidental, as Fabian has sinister motives of murdering Kimball and adding the value of his life to his own. However, Once Fabian has murdered Kimball, he's relentlessly haunted by his spirit. Fabian comes to the realization that there is only one way he can truly capture Kimball's soul and render him as his spiritual slave for the afterlife.—Alister C.
