In a dystopian near future America, a young man infiltrates a powerful drug dealing rollerblading youth gang that runs his town in order to end their reign for good.

Set in an unspecified time in the future, USA has declined and become a country of violence and racial prejudice. Griffin earns his living delivering pizzas while he tries to take care of his little brother. An old friend of his, Gary Lee, is the leader of a gang with big ambitions, the Rollerboys. This movie is set in the not so distant future of Los Angeles. The economy has gone bankrupt and Los Angeles has been over-run with violence, drugs and gang warfare.
