Emily's hot-headed father PAUL TOMASSINI hates his daughter's boyfriend. When Paul finds out that Philip is living with the rebellious teen in a house he owns, he smashes the butt of a shotgun into the pharmacist's nose.
A home invader nearly ends up slaughtering Emily and Philip in their bed and afterwards the girl becomes convinced that her spiteful dad was responsible for the harrowing attempt on their lives, and that hes most likely going to try to have them killed again.
