In 1944, resistance fighters Prle, Tihi, and radio operator Joca are sent by partisans to German-occupied Belgrade. As partisan forces approach victory, they continue underground work, preparing the city for liberation.
In Summer of 1944 Prle and Tihi, young yet veteran resistance fighters, together with Joca, old and moody radio operator, are sent by partisans to Belgrade, the Yugoslav capital still under German occupation.
