In 1982, scientists transferred an all-powerful chemical substance, linked to an ancient cult and Nazi occultism, into several potatoes. They were promptly seized by a Norwegian government agency. All except one. Thirty years later, everyone seems to be looking for the last potato. Karl Hansteen III, descendant of a Nazi Commander, is on a desperate crusade to build the Fourth Reich with it, taking no prisoners. His only source of information is a hobo by the name of Vito.
