A son of a well known businessman, unfairly accused of his father's murder, runs away from corrupt justice, trying to find the girl-assassin with whom he had misfortune to fall in love.

"Pogonya za Angelom" ("Runaway Angel") is the story of a well known Russian businessman's son, Ivan Arkhangelsky, who casually brings home a female assassin. The girl then kills his father and disappears, leaving all evidence of the crime pointing to Ivan. Ivan, running from the corrupt justice system, decides the only way to get his life back is to find the murderer himself.—AV
