Life is sweet for cowboy Tim as he plans to marry pretty Felice, ward to wealthy rancher Terry, who plans to buy up adjoining range land as a wedding present to the newlyweds. Cowhand Tim Holt (Tim Holt) is in love with Felice (Joan Dixon). Her foster-father, Terry Moran (Guy Hearn), is killed and robbed by Elias Norton (Maurtiz Hugo), a local shipping magnate, because he needs money for a big deal, and he has recently paid Moran a large amount for a herd of cattle.
