Piper Penguin has a dream: to invent a machine that will let penguins fly. But pursuing his dream has made him the laughing stock of Penguinville High.

Piper, a penguin who has always dreamed of flight decides he'll make his own flying machine. He does so with the help of his friend, Winthrop the Walrus.
