Pinko's Place is the story of Greg Ambers, new to L.A., who finds himself preyed upon by the colorful but deceptive people who live in his apartment building. Molotov, Locust, Daisy, Haweye, and Bison are the "neighbors with nicknames" who use Greg to get closer to a girl named Stacey. They claim it is to help the friend of the great and mysterious Mr. Pinko but he soon realizes that something more sinister is at hand.—Daniel Printz
