After his cheating wife files for divorce and full custody of their daughter Andrew finds himself teetering between a life of drug addiction and sobriety. His only solace is found in the arms of an exotic dancer.

Andrew, an Austin, Texas publishing executive, who's on the wagon and in A.A., walks in on his wife in bed with another man, and in the nasty divorce that follows, Andrew falls hard off the wagon and takes up with Crystal, a hostess at the Yellow Rose, a strip club Andrew visits on a whim and then starts to frequent with abandon. Alternating between concern for his pre-teen daughter, Alex, and his enjoyment of rough sex and cocaine with Crystal, Andrew undergoes mood swings that get him into further trouble with his ex.
