Rome. The S. Maria della Pietà insane asylum. Some of the people are not allowed to leave the park. They pass the time by concentrating - more or less - on the idleness of daily motions: they live out their days gathering leaves, curling up on a bench, smoking, watching the market activity on the other side of the fence. But one day Francesco arrives; he goes over to them and shakes up their existence, forcing them to take back the space they occupy.—anonymous
