A reporter on the trail of a series of homicides uncovers a shady plot featuring an experimental drug.

Journalism student, Simon Tate thinks it's strange when several students at university die in (supposedly) unrelated accidents. Simon soon discover the students were test subjects in a secret drug test program. He's forced to run for his life, when a pharmaceutical company tries to prevent him from revealing the truth behind Phase IV.
