In many major cities, some would argue double as open-air drug stores, where there is convenient access to many types of mood-altering substances; it is easy for some to dismiss our fellow humans who are addicted to these substances if we know nothing about them. But they do have a voice and they are significant. We hope the stories told here will help educate the masses about those who live in Pharmacity.—Elijah Kelley
