In search of a financial backing, a director pitches the movie he wants to make to a group of potential investors. He intends to document on location the process of disarming and disbanding the youth gangs in Petecuy, one of the Colombia's most dangerous neighborhoods. Heading up the disarmament is process is Catholic priest Father Edilson Huerfano, his position puts him at odds with to Donal, the mafia boss in the area whose power reaches deep into the establishment.
