A veteran of the war in Iraq, suffering from Post Traumatic Stress Disorder, proclaims himself an American Patriot. As he becomes more and more paranoid, he becomes convinced that the federal government is setting him up as the fall-guy in a terrorist attack on American soil, yet his reaction to his disorder makes him behave like a would-be terrorist. His overwhelming impression of injustice, unbearable pain and denial of his problems slowly drives him into violence and madness.
