Motorcycle gangs are often considered a wild gang by some members of the community. ASP Jeffrie (Jeff) and Inspector Ema from the Bukit Aman Special Action Unit (UTK) have been assigned to track this group. The activities of this group were led by Rizal who actively carried out activities to earn money illegally until Rizal was hospitalized due to an accident in an illegal race. While Rizal was in the hospital, Ema, who had been Rizal's friend for a long time, secretly told Jeff the background of Rizal's activities. Finally Rizal found out that Ema worked closely with Jeff. Rizal took steps to capture Ema as a hostage.
