Synopsis

A renegade Internet site called Peep TV, set up and run by Hasegawa (Takayuki Hasegawa), is a compendium of captured images from public streets, and private residences that the videographer captures as a statement supporting his overall theme that the society is warped by an immediate gratification supplied by images from News, and reportage of horrible events that thus lead to a desensitizing of the collective public consciousness. When a young delusional Goth Girl named Moe (Shiori Gechov) becomes enamored of Hasegawa and his oeuvre, she is invited into his world to view clandestinely her boyfriend's world and those of others and participate in broadcasting some of her own actions.
