Kerim Pasha's daughter Nilgun and his niece Pervin take lessons from the handsome Selim. Pervin fancies Selim, though Selim himself is attracted to Nilgun. Pervin's brother Necip wants to marry Nilgun. The two lovers run away as Kerim Pasha doesn't agree to their marriage. Necip and his men kill Selim's mother. Selim takes refuge in his uncle Bekir The Bandit's place. As Bekir kidnaps and attempts to rape Nilgun, Selim kills him. Nilgun and Selim save Kerim Pasha from being killed by Necip.
