Lorna Drake has inherited a ranch. Hoppy teaches her a bit about ranching and handles Scar Lewis, the bad guy, in the process.

Lorna Drake arrives from England to take over the ranch. Although she and Hoppy argue most of the time, she takes a liking to him, which angers her fiance Ronald.
