Two police officers are sent to investigate the murder of a woman who may have ties to a local drug cartel.

Jack Claves an alcoholic hard edged homicide detective is teamed up with a by the book homicide detective named Travis Jackson to investigate the murder of Victoria Clausen. The investigation turns up ties to a local drug cartel headed by the ruthless Teso Quinita and his right hand man Zack Jorge. The two detectives must work out their differences in order to solve this case and put the cartel out of business for good.—Richard Brown
