A cop turned investigator investigates a friend's death and uncovers a plot involving illegal toxic waste dumping.

Parker Kane (Jeff Fahey) is a former Police Detective turned Private Investigator. When close friend Joey (David Cureso) is murdered, leaving behind a briefcase full of money, Kane sets out to find out who was responsible.
