This ABC Network television special features Miss Gloria Swanson arriving to Paramount Studios, recreating a scene (with stock footage) from Sunset Blvd. (1950). Highlights include a look at the studio's backlot, brief history, and exclusive first look footage to their upcoming 1974 feature film releases, Chinatown (1974), The Godfather Part II (1974), and The Great Gatsby (1974). Miss Gloria Swanson is presented a birthday cake in celebration of her 75th birthday. Footage is also briefly shown from the previous year's Paramount Studio's party, celebrating the 100th birthday of it's founder, Adolph Zukor, in which Charlton Heston makes a speech.
